- A very professional outfit. Called the firm with a boiler issue (Paul answered). Very helpful and offered good advice over the phone.
When Paul came around to the house for first inspection, he was professional, knew what he was doing and offered expert opinion.
On the day of the boiler replacement, turned up on time with his colleague. Both were very polite and courteous, laid down covers to avoid getting carpets dirty. Cleaned up after them when finished.
This is a genuine statement. I would definitely recommend them (which I did to my sister - she was very pleased also) and use again.
